Hannah's Holiday!

On our holiday we went to Cape Town
We went to a place called Scratch Patch. It is when you collect gems, they are all different colours of gems
on the floor and we could choose which ever ones we wanted . We went to look at Jackass penguins
they were beautiful . We went to see the whales, as they jumped and splashed out of the water.
My dad bought me a power shell necklace, it looks so pretty. We went to see the monkeys
jump around, one monkey walked really funny and played with us.(HA-HA). On the last day we went
down to the beach and two dogs started following us so we called one Scamp and the other one Lucky.
After a while they went. Then another dog started following us we called it Golden, eventually It walked off.


Today we went to the second house which took about an hour to get to. We got to the new
house we unpacked and got some food for dinner and a birthday cake for Jemma. After a while Mama, Baba, Kiki and Jemma
came and it was Jemmas’ 13th birthday. The next day we went to the light house but it was closed, so we went to the beach to
collect shells. We went to where the Atlantic and Indian ocean joined. Dad took a few pictures of the light
house and of the children, then we went home. Mum and dad took all the children for a walk on the mountains,
after a while our legs started to hurt. We found some porcupine quills near a den which was very smelly, there was an old bridge,
that I walked across. Mum went on a swing which was made of rope, Tom had a go and the swing broke and
he hurt him self.

We went to collect some more green shells to take back to Dubai. The adults took some photos
because they where doing a contest they had to choose their best shot of a sunset, mammal and landscape,
Emma won by one point. Daniella was up set because dad did not win. Dad got some Tanzanite earrings
for my Mum for their Anniversary. Tanzanite is only mined in Africa, it is a very soft stone. After that we went to find
some more shells. After awhile we went back home and we went to wash our shells so they didn’t smell.
The next day it poured down with rain, so dad went to get us one big jig saw and two movies.
We finished the jig saw in two days. We did a show for the adults and they loved the show.
All we did today was pack, very boring! (HA-HA). Then we thought that we should do a
another show, for the adults so we did, they loved the last show. Today we left the house we
drove for half an hour, we stopped for some lunch. After lunch we had to say good bye
to Mama, Baba, Kiki and Jemma, they where going some where else in Cape Town for couple more days.

Then we arrived at the airport and got on the plane. GOOD BYE CAPE TOWN, HELLO DUBAI.
